Daily Review Dashboard

About the project:

This was an Excel based dashboard that I created as a source of information for the maintenance manager and maintenance leads. The dashboard gave a snapshot of metrics for the previous day, which was reviewed each day, by plant staff.

It also provided visibility to the following:
Spend details down to the individual material level.
Hours charged down to individual and work order level.
Warning indication for critical orders nearing the due date.
Visibility for current compliance for the next three days.
Inventory value.
Log of stock out incidents.
Log of daily data snapshots.
